• Authentication Data: Your Google Account email, name, and profile picture.
• Profile Data: Neighbourhood, bio, and phone number (if you choose to provide one).
• Content Data: Posts you create on the board and messages sent in private conversations.
• Usage Data: Basic analytics on how you use the platform (e.g., login timestamps).

3. How We Use and Share Information

Your information is used strictly to facilitate connections within the Banbury-Don Mills & Leaside childcare community.

• Public Board: Your Display Name, Neighbourhood, and Post details are visible to authenticated users.
• Contact Info: Your exact Email and Phone Number are NEVER public. They are only shared in a 1:1 message thread if you actively choose to click "Share Contact Info".
• Third Parties: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We use Google Firebase to host our infrastructure.

4. US Data Storage

CubbySpot utilizes Google Cloud's US-Central region. By using this service, you consent to your data being stored on servers located in the United States, where it may be subject to US laws.

5. Data Deletion & Your Rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access and request the deletion of your personal data. You can delete your own posts at any time. To request a full account deletion, please contact us.
